I'm a 30-something guy who looked in the mirror one day and found himself a couch potato. After watching one of my friends do a triathlon, I decided it was time to do one myself. Follow me on my journey through the ups and downs of training.

    You may think that I’ve dropped off the face of the earth and I’m just not posting anymore because I’ve given up.
This is not true.  My wife and I welcomed our baby daughter Sofia into the world on November 16.  My free time has been slightly curtailed since then, as you can probably guess.  I’m in the process of trying to figure out how to balance work, baby + workouts, and I’ll hopefully start posting again this month.
