How it works

1

Tell Finn where you really are

A few honest questions: how active you are, whether you can swim, the days you can train, and the race you are dreaming about. No judgment, just a starting point.

2

Get a plan that starts at your level

The plan begins from your real fitness, not a fantasy version of you. Runs start as run-walks. Swims start with calm and breathing. The bike does the gentle heavy lifting.

3

Adapt it as life happens

Miss a session? No debt, no guilt. Finn re-plans around you. Feeling rough? The plan softens. The only session that matters is the next one.

Why start with the swim?

Because it is the part that scares almost everyone, and it is the part nobody else teaches from zero. We lead with it on purpose. Read the honest beginner guides while you decide.

Common questions

Is the plan really free?

Yes. Building your personalized beginner plan and training toward your first finish line is free, with no paywall between you and your start line. Getting off the couch should never cost you anything, and it will not.

What if I cannot swim freestyle?

That is the most common starting point of all, and the plan is built for it. The swim begins with calm and breathing in water where you can stand, not laps. Learning to swim is a skill we teach, not a test you have to pass to begin.

I am really out of shape. Is this for me?

Especially for you. Being unfit is not a reason you cannot start, it is the reason you start gently. The training is how you get in shape, not something you have to be in shape to do.

How long until I can race?

A first sprint-distance triathlon is a realistic goal for most beginners in a few months, even starting from very little. Longer races take longer, and the plan is honest with you about the timeline.

You are not too late, too slow, or too out of shape.

You are at the beginning, which is the only place anyone has ever started from. Let Finn take it from here.
