We check it is safe for you before you train
Before Finn builds anything, you answer a short, standard health screen. If you flag a concern, or anything makes you unsure, we ask you to get a quick okay from a healthcare professional first. That is not a no, it is your safety first, and the moment you are cleared your plan is ready and waiting.
Finn can never make a session unsafe
Finn suggests, a deterministic safety engine decides. Every change Finn proposes is checked by code, not vibes. The engine only ever lets a session stay the same or get easier, and only allows a slightly harder day when your check-in says you are genuinely fresh and you have a real fitness baseline.
If you ever mention a warning sign, we stop
Chest pain, dizziness, fainting, trouble breathing: if you describe a warning sign anywhere, in chat, a check-in, or a workout note, we stop training immediately, pause your plan, and tell you to see a professional. This runs automatically before Finn even replies, and it is free for everyone, always.
We build you up slowly, on purpose
Your training grows by small, safe steps, never more than about ten percent a week, with regular recovery weeks because fitness is made during rest. Runs start as run walks to protect your joints, and before a race we taper from what you have actually done, never spike you into it.
Your plan adapts to real life, without guilt
Miss a session? No debt, no shame. Finn re plans around you. Feeling rough? The plan softens for the day. Gentle and consistent is what safely builds a triathlete, and it is the opposite of the crash plans that get beginners hurt.
